Memories carved into the land
More than two thousand years ago, the Bracari people inhabited this territory in deep connection with nature. As Rome expanded its empire, that world was transformed, giving rise to Bracara Augusta, a city integrated into the empire. Today, archaeology allows us to rediscover that past.
