Joana Vasconcelos' Wedding Cake

Filmed during the official inauguration of Wedding Cake at Waddesdon Manor, the country estate of the late Lord (Jacob) Rothschild, this video follows the public unveiling of Joana Vasconcelos’ sculpture-pavilion, in the presence of the President of Portugal. Inspired by traditional ceramics and festive architecture, the work becomes a sensory invitation to discover colour, light and celebration.
